Simpson HTS20Z 20″ Heavy Twist Strap – ZMAX Finish

Simpson Strong-Tie HTS heavy twist straps provide a tension connection between two wood members. They resist uplift at the heel of a truss economically. The HTS has a 3-3/4″ bend section that eliminates interference at the transition points between the two members. The Strong-Tie HTS20Z strap tie features a G185 ZMAX galvanized finish for added corrosion resistance and requires the use of hot-dip galvanized fasteners which meet the specifications of ASTM A153.
