Simpson S/H3 Light Gauge Steel Hurricane Tie – G90 Galvanized, Pkg 2

Simpson Strong-Tie H series of hurricane ties provide a positive connection between truss/rafter and the wall of the structure to resist wind and seismic forces. This versatile line may be used for general tie purposes, strongback attachments, and as all-purpose ties where one member crosses another. The Strong-Tie S/H3 hurricane tie features a G90 Galvanized finish for added corrosion resistance and requires the use of hot-dip galvanized fasteners which meet the specifications of ASTM A153.

NOTE: This product is sold in pairs and you will be shipped 1 LH and 1 RH piece per each pair ordered.

Installation:

• Use all specified fasteners.
• Only shipped in equal quantities of rights and lefts.
• Hurricane ties do not replace solid blocking.

NOTE: The correct fasteners installed in the correct position must be used to achieve published load values
