The Simpson Strong-Tie PTP-27L is a single shot powder actuated tool that’s designed to provide versatility and ease of use on the jobsite. This tool delivers productive fastening with automatic piston reset, which enables the user to simply load a pin and shoot. The PTP-27L tool works excellent for installing sill plates, washered-pins, insulation fastening, forming work and cold-formed steel.
