Simpson MTS16Z 16″ Medium Twist Strap – ZMAX Finish

Simpson Strong-Tie MTS twist straps provide a tension connection between two wood members. They resist uplift at the heel of a truss economically. The MTS has a 2″ bend section that eliminates interference at the transition points between the two members. The Strong-Tie MTS16Z strap tie features a G185 ZMAX galvanized finish for added corrosion resistance and requires the use of hot-dip galvanized fasteners which meet the specifications of ASTM A153.
