Simpson MST27HDG 27″ 12 Gauge Medium Strap Tie – Hot Dip Galvanized, Made to Order Non-Returnable

Simpson Strong-Tie MST straps are load rated and provide the correct thickness and number of fasteners the specifier is looking for compared with field fabricated straps. Install Strap Ties where top or bottom plates are cut, at wall intersections, and as ridge ties. Reduce the allowable load based on the size and quantity of fasteners used. The Strong-Tie MST27HDG strap tie features a hot-dip galvanized coating. The minimum average coating weight is 2.0 oz./ft2 (per ASTM A123 total both sides). This product requires hot-dip galvanized fasteners (fasteners which meet the specifications of ASTM A153). Anchor bolts are hot-dip galvanized per ASTM F2329.
