This offset single-acting door pivot is recommended for high traffic interior doors, and is mounted to the floor. It is available in an Oil Rubbed Bronze, Satin Chrome, or Polished Chrome finish, with a choice of 300 lb. or 600 lb. capacity, and left- or right-handing.
