The FRFPHDG flat retrofit foundation plate connects the mudsill to the foundation and provides lateral load resistance. The design allows the Designer to maintain prescriptive requirements. It can be used by filling the three holes, or as an alternate, filling the two optional triangle holes to allow designers to utilize increased loads and greater allowable spacing.

NOTE: The correct fasteners installed in the correct position must be used to achieve published load values
