The Simpson Strong-Tie Strong-Drive SDS Heavy-Duty Connector Screw is a 1/4″-diameter structural wood screw designed for a wide range of connector, wood-to-wood, and engineered wood applications. Built for strength and speed, the SDS installs without predrilling thanks to its easy-driving Type-17 point, which reduces splitting while ensuring consistent performance.

Tested and approved in multiple structural applications, the SDS screw features a corrosion-resistant double-barrier coating for durability in standard conditions.
